If the user violates this agreement, then the user agrees that CRS has the legal right:

 

(i) To be reimbursed for any reasonable legal fees associated with enforcing this agreement.

 

(ii) To be reimbursed for any losses, consequential losses or damages that can be attributed to the user's actions which are in violation of this agreement.

 

OTHER

 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed to be in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.
